GENERAL

[Q] I have emailed MunchyNeko, but I did not receive a reply.
[A] Kindly check your spam folder as our mails might at times be mistaken as spam. It is also recommended that you add munchyneko@gmail.com into your contact list to prevent the mails from going into your spam folder. If you still did not receive our reply after 2 working days, kindly contact us.

ORDER

[Q] Does MunchyNeko allow orders from countries outside of Singapore?
[A] Yes we do! Please take a look at our Order Info for details.

[Q] I have emailed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email.
[A] Please allow us up to 2 working days to respond and confirm your order. If you still have not receive the confirmation email after 2 working days, kindly contact us.

PAYMENT

[Q] How do I make payment?
[A] For local (Singapore) orders, kindly transfer via iBanking or ATM fund transfer.
       For overseas orders, we accept Paypal as the only mode of payment.

[Q] What is the account number for me to transfer my payment to?
[A] We will advise the payment instructions in the confirmation email after we received your email order.

SHIPPING

[Q] I live in Singapore, do you do meetups?
[A] We regret that MunchyNeko do not do meetups, all items will be sent via post.

[Q] Can I track my order?
[A] To track your shipment, you will have to opt for the registered mail (additional SGD2.50), we will provide you with the tracking number after we have mailed the items out. On enquiries regarding your order status, kindly email us your order number (which will be provided) as the subject title.
